The NJO Plays "Gershwin" - The award winning Naples Jazz Orchestra plays big band arrangements of one of the most prolific composers in American music history, George Gershwin. Hear all of your favorite Gershwin melodies including Fascinating Rhythm, Strike Up the Band, Rhapsody in Blue, A Foggy Day, But Not for Me, and many, many more.AND, be there to hear the debut performance of The Naples Youth Jazz Orchestra. These young musicians have been selected from a half dozen of the area's schools and have been mentored by Bob Stone, Musical Director, and a number of lead players from the NJO. Please help us to welcome them for their first public appearance.
