Basketball and soccer fans will have another option to keep up with the Olympics action from Beijing.
Comcast of Southwest Florida announced Wednesday that two high-definition channels featuring soccer and basketball broadcasts will be added to the lineup through Aug. 23.
Most of the live events will be shown between 2 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Some of the matches and games will be rebroadcast on their respective channels, and some games will be taped and aired at a later time. Many games will only air once.
Comcast subscribers with high definition service can find HD basketball on Channel 253 (Channel 243 in former Time Warner communities) and HD soccer on Channel 254 (Channel 244 in former Time Warner communities).
The full schedule can be found at NBCOlympics.com.
