ESTERO — The first Mirasol building has been sold out at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club and five luxury residences remain available for sale in the second building. A total of 105 residences have been sold in Mirasol, a neighborhood within the private gated Costa del Lago enclave at Miromar Lakes.
A choice of four floor plans remain in Mirasol II, each with three bedrooms, three or 3.5 baths, and range from 2,037 to 2,429 air-conditioned square feet. Ranging from 2,735 to 2,876 total square feet, three of the plans include two covered lanais and one covered lanai on the fourth plan. All residences offer private lanais with beach and lake views. Three of the plans also include a den.
Residents of Mirasol have use of a neighborhood resort-style pool, two spas, an extended beachfront and private boat docks. Neighborhood features include interlocking brick-paver roads and driveways plus an arrival courtyard for each building. A covered parking garage with privacy gate entry is provided at ground level.
Prices that begin at $487,900 reflect a close-out discount by the builder, Paradigm Companies, for the five remaining residences.
Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is a residential waterfront resort community with more than 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine freshwater lakes, three miles of private, white sandy beach and signature golf.
Residential choices include beachfront residences, waterfront residences, grand estate homes, estate homes, luxury villas, full floor residences and coach homes. Prices range from $600,000 to more than $6 million.
Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is a project of Miromar Development Corp. The community is off Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, 2.8 miles north of Corkscrew Road.
