Toll Brothers is hosting a kitchen and bath expo Sunday that will feature upgraded packages at no additional cost.

“During this event we will be highlighting some of the newest kitchen and bath features available and offering special upgrades to new home buyers,” said Ken Thirtyacre, division president for Toll Brothers Florida West Division. “These packages are designed to create even more style, value, and elegance to a Toll Brothers home.”

Upgraded features offered include granite countertops, customized cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, glass block window and dual showerheads in the master bath. The upgrades vary by community.

In Southwest Florida, the expo will be held at Belle Lago, a single-family community on Estero Parkway in Estero; The Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes also on Estero Parkway; and Firano at Naples, a new community of single-family homes off Davis Boulevard in Naples.

Belle Lago offers 15 home designs ranging from 2,058 to 4,356 square feet priced from the upper $300,000s. Four designer-furnished models are available for viewing.

Two separate collections with 10 designs are offered at The Reserve at Estero, each with a selection of four elevations. Four designer-furnished models are available for viewing. Homes are priced from the upper $200,000s.

Firano at Naples will include 112 single-family homes on approximately 40 acres when completed. Nine home designs, each with a choice of four elevations, are being offered with pricing beginning in the low $400,000s. Designs range from 2,058 to 3,753 air-conditioned square feet. Two designer-furnished models are available for viewing.

To reach Belle Lago and The Reserve at Estero from Interstate 75, take Exit 123, Corkscrew Road west to Three Oaks Parkway. Turn right and proceed north to Estero Parkway. Make a left, heading west. The Reserve at Estero will be on the right. The entrance to Belle Lago is about ¼-mile farther west.

Firano at Naples is on Davis Boulevard, 2.3 miles west of Collier Boulevard.

Since March 6, coyotes have been fingered in a string of attacks against dogs, cats and goats in Lee and Collier counties. Coyotes have killed three small dogs, injured three others, and caused a man who came into contact with the coyote’s saliva and a woman who was bitten by one to have rabies shots.
