Home sales in TwinEagles continue to outpace 2007, with 22 sales recorded during the second quarter of 2008.
The sales push the 1,115-acre North Naples community’s mid-year total to 48, nearly two times higher than the 25 sales recorded between Jan. 1 and June 30, 2007. Sales at TwinEagles have surpassed 2007’s total, according to Bonita Bay Group, the developer.
Initial visits to the sales center were also up during the second quarter. Grand Arbors at TwinEagles, the community’s newest phase, offers coach homes, villas and single-family homes priced ranging from the $200,000s to more than $2 million. Community amenities include a 47,000-square-foot clubhouse with casual and formal dining and two golf courses, the Talon, designed by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II, and the Gary Player-designed Aerie.
For a limited time, Bonita Bay Group is underwriting buyer incentives that range from golf or social memberships to HOA master association fees. The Estates, the first phase of TwinEagles, includes single-family estate homes along The Talon. Furnished estate home models are priced starting at $2.995 million. The TwinEagles information center is inside the community’s entrance on Immokalee Road, seven miles east of Interstate 75.
