Your News: Worldwide musicians added to Saturday evening line-up

Ready to check out your first jam session?

Don’t miss the grand opening night of the Jazz Jam Session at Noodles Italian Café & Sushi Bar, Saturday, September 13, from 10 pm until 1 am. A limited number of tickets, which go on sale August 1st at the restaurant, cost $20 apiece. Reserve a VIP Table with bottle service by calling 370-6577 or 592-0500 or email info@noodlescafe.com.

“We’ve added the weekly Saturday night Jazz Jam to our live entertainment schedule to give our guests an experience not found anywhere,” explains owner Matt Berman.

“Jazz jam sessions allow musicians to test their skills in front of an audience,” he continues. Jam sessions also provide an opportunity for “cutting contests” where musicians vie for dominance by comparing their imaginations and improvisational skills in a live face-to-face situation. And, Jam sessions allow musicians new to the area to network, and show what they have to offer.

Jazz aficionados will relish the cozy intimacy of Noodles restaurant, oversized leather banquettes and dance floor adjacent to an elegant 20-foot sushi bar. Light burled wood and shades of wine and copper create an urban chic setting and an energetic vibe that’s center stage for good fun, live entertainment. A full menu, cocktails and desserts from a diverse menu of new Italian cuisine, fresh sashimi and sushi is available.

Serving Southwest Florida since 1991, the award-winning Noodles Italian Café & Sushi Bar is distinctively defined by Chef/Owner Seth Berman’s unbeatable interpretation of authentic Italian cuisine and intricately composed sushi served in an exquisite dining room, rich with soft neutrals and subtly contrasting textures.
