Two arrested in attacking, robbery
Two men were arrested Friday, suspected of running behind a man, placing him in a choke hold and robbing him.
Adam Ramos, 19, of 713 Crestview Circle, No. 202, Immokalee, and an unidentified juvenile were arrested after an unnamed man reported being robbed at 1032 Krystal Lane in Immokalee.
The man told deputies that two males ran at him from behind a house, with one placing him in a choke hold as the other man punched him in the face, while both men went through his pockets.
He told deputies that one assailant, who authorities claim was Ramos, told him not to scream because he had a gun.
He told deputies the two men ran away down Lake Trafford Road, which is where deputies picked up two men matching the description provided by the victim a short time later.
Adam Ramos was charged with robbery, battery, possessing 14.5 grams of marijuana with intent to distribute and possessing marijuana.
The other man, who was not identified because of his age, was charged with robbery and battery.
Domestic violence arrests
• Jessie James Brown, 50, of 141 Third St. S.W., Golden Gate, was arrested Friday at 4331 Atoll Court. He was charged with violating a restraining order against Sheila Sharp, whose relation to Brown was not indicated in the report. He was also charged with grabbing her by the wrist and around her body in order to prevent her from leaving and calling sheriff’s deputies.
• Gary W. Richmond, 55, of 1712 Danford St., East Naples, was arrested Friday at his home. He was charged with choking and punching the head of his live-in girlfriend, whose name was withheld from reports.
• Mario Luna, 37, of 3666 Seagrape Ave., East Naples, was arrested Friday at his home. He was charged with pushing his live-in girlfriend to the ground and hitting her until a neighbor pulled him off. The girlfriend’s name was withheld from the report.
DUI arrests
• Francisco Gaspar-Francisco, 52, of 4277 Little League Court, Immokalee, was arrested Saturday at the intersection of South First and East Eustis streets.
• Michael W. Wells, 42, of 664 Palm Lake Drive, East Naples, was arrested Friday at the intersection of Palm Springs Drive and Palm Lake Drive.
• Colleen Marie Dunn, 35, of 1230 10th Ave. N., Naples, was arrested Saturday at 5320 U.S. 41 N.
• Reinaldo Zurita-Castro, 29, of 611 Ortiz Ave., Fort Myers, was arrested Saturday at the intersection of Johnson Road and State Road 29 N. He was also charged with driving without a valid license.
• Mindy Lynn Brackett, 22, of 609 Jefferson Ave., Immokalee, was arrested Saturday at the intersection of Boston Avenue South and South Seventh Street.
• Virginia V. Villarreal, 57, of 1314 Tangerine St. S., Immokalee, was arrested Saturday at 325 New Market Road.
• Carlos A. Ruiz, 50, of 760 31st St. S.W., Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Saturday at 2620 Pine Ridge Road.
• Carlos Lopez, 29, of 116 Third St. N., Immokalee, was arrested Saturday at the intersection of Main Street West and South Third Street. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license and violating county probation.
• Rogelio Flores, 32, of 26706 Vagabond Way, Bonita Springs, was arrested Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and County Road 846 East. He was also charged with driving without a valid license.
Drug arrests
• Francisco Andres, 21, of 110 Sixth St. S., Immokalee, was arrested Friday at 326 Second St. S. He was charged with possession with intent to distribute no more than 20 grams of marijuana.
• Allen James Adeclat, 22, of 118 Palm Drive, No. 2, was arrested Friday near his home. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, Xanax.
• Louis Alonza Garcia, 27, of 547 El Paso Trail, Immokalee, was arrested Saturday at 15th Street and Westclox Road North. He was charged with possessing with intent to distribute no more than 20 grams of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and failing to appear.
• Yoanlandry Gonzalez Rodriguez, 24, of 8635 Barot Drive, No. 308, East Naples, was arrested Saturday in the area of 47th Street S.W., and Golden Gate Parkway. He was charged with possessing with intent to sell cocaine and possessing cocaine.
Burglary arrest
David J. Leon, 49, of 1447 Embers Terrace N.W., Cape Coral, was arrested Saturday at 776 Vanderbilt Beach Road. He was charged with an Aug. 29 burglary of the business Outdoor Lighting Perspectives along with one other man, who was already arrested.

Drug arrest
Corey Lanard Hayes, 34, of 727 N.W. 46th St., Miami, was arrested Friday near the westbound mile marker 97 of Interstate 75. He was charged with possessing with intent to sell heroin and with trafficking 300 grams of heroin.
DUI arrest
Luis Fernando Ponce, 27, of 18720 S.W. 305 Terrace, Homestead, was arrested Saturday at the southbound mile marker 102 of Interstate 75.

• Lydia Lisa Maita, 37, of 1410 Mariposa Circle, No. 105, East Naples, was arrested Saturday at 1900 Ninth St. N.
• Thomas Lee Bray, 47, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested Saturday at 495 Goodlette Road N. He was also charged with obstructing an officer and failing to appear for a prior offense.
• Eric Christian Swanson, 31, of 1525 Airport Pulling Road., No. J6, East Naples, was arrested Sunday in the 500 block of Ninth Street N.
