— Eden Florida, which offers services for Southwest Florida children with autism, is hosting a seminar in Naples next week for families to learn about financial planning for special needs children.

The seminar is Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Bentley Village in the West Club House. The address is 875 Retreat Drive in Naples. The seminar will be from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Planning for the care of a special needs child involves many issues. An accountant and a financial planner who has an autistic child will speak and an attorney specializing in elder law will speak. They will cover the topics of family structure, family goal planning, financial and insurance coverage, income, assets and debts, and the goals and wishes for your special-needs child.

For more information about the speakers and to make a reservation, call Beth Mullins at Eden at 239-992-4680, ext. 202, or visit the Web site www.edenservices.org or www.prosperitylifeplanning.org.
