Stock Development has opened six models in Esperanza, a neighborhood of twin villas and single-family homes within Paseo.
"The models are from three different series of homes," said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, vice president of sales and marketing for Stock Development. "It is remarkable that we sold 40 homes in Esperanza last year without having furnished models in the neighborhood."
The new twin villas were designed by Stock Construction specifically for Esperanza. They are available in two floor plans.
The Coronado is a two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan with 1,575 square feet under air and 2,277 total square feet, including an attached two-car garage and a covered lanai. There are formal living room and dining rooms and a study with a French door. The master suite has a large master bath with a shower and a large soaking tub and an oversized walk-in closet. The laundry room has the option of a tub and cabinet.
The Granada is a three-bedroom, den, three-bath design with 1,891 square feet of living area and 2,529 total square feet. The Granada has formal living and dining areas in a large central great room area. Both bedrooms are suites with full baths. The study may also be converted to a fourth bedroom. An island-style kitchen has a breakfast nook and a bar area with seating.
There are two models from the Heirloom Series of Homes.
The San Remo III is a two-bedroom, two-bath great room-style home that features a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, study, a screened covered lanai and an attached two-car garage. The formal study is convertible to a third bedroom. The home offers 1,809 square feet under air and 2,636 total square feet including the lanai, garage and covered entry.
The Tivoli III is a single-story, three-bedroom, two-bath great room style home with 2,062 square feet under air and 3,057 total square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, two-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a furnished pool deck and spa. The home features a large informal dinette that opens directly off of the kitchen and overlooks the pool area through bay windows.
There are also two models from the Traditional Series of Homes.
The Montessa II is a three-bedroom/study/two-bath great room style home with 2,327 square feet under air and a total of 3,686 square feet with a three-car garage. The master suite offers expansive bay windows overlooking the pool and lanai. The island-style kitchen includes a breakfast nook with bay windows and the floor plan has a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen.
The Ruffino II is a single-story, great room style home with 2,585 square feet under air and a total of 3,781 square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, side-loaded three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a large pool deck and spa and an outdoor kitchen option. This three-bedroom/two and one-half-bath home offers a comfortable great-room design with a formal dining room and a study that is convertible to a fourth bedroom.
Accessed via an entry bridge directly across from Paseo's village center, Esperanza consists of approximately 100 acres in the northern phase of the community and is encircled by the Six Mile Cypress Slough. Several lakes have been carved in Esperanza giving homes a variety of water and nature preserve views.
Each series of homes within the neighborhood is located along a cul-de-sac. All of the homes at Esperanza feature large barrel tiled roofs and brick-paver driveways and walkways.
Prices in Esperanza begin at $234,990.
Paseo's village center includes a full-service concierge, bistro, ice cream parlor, pub, Internet café, coffee shop, fitness center, a business center and library, spa services and a 90-seat theater. The free-form pool includes waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a poolside gazebo serving refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a spa, lap pool and a children's water playground.
The sports center includes six Hydro-Grid tennis courts, a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Two additional pool complexes are also open in the town home courtyards and a third is under construction.
Prices at Paseo begin in the $170s.
