D.R Horton's Chelsea model complete at Fiddler's Creek

Fiddler's Creek announced that construction is complete on the Chelsea model, the first of 38 classical Mediterranean style single-family homes to be built within the new village of Amador.

Offered by D.R. Horton, the Chelsea is a three-bedroom, two-bath floor plan with 2,159 square feet under air. Features of this home include a gourmet kitchen, lanai, courtyard entry, two-car garage and adequate space for an optional swimming pool.

The village of Amador will offer three, three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,840 to 2,738 square feet under air. Additionally, most of the sites within Amador are situated with water views. Home prices currently start at $379,990.

Launched in 1998, Fiddler's Creek comprises approximately 4,000 acres and is zoned for 6,000 residences. The master-planned community will be comprised of about 100 distinct residential neighborhoods upon completion.

Amenities offered at Fiddler's Creek include a 54,000-square-foot Club & Spa, fitness center, resort-style multi-pool swimming complex, tennis courts and restaurants.
