Toll Brothers announces plans for its new community of Bonita Lakes

BONITA SPRINGS —Toll Brothers has unveiled plans for Bonita Lakes, its newest community of single-family homes located on Imperial Parkway in Bonita Springs. The community will include 268 homes on approximately 120 acres.

"Bonita Lakes will offer homebuyers an exceptional location combined with an outstanding choice of home designs and Toll Brothers' superb quality," said Ken Thirtyacre, president of Toll Brothers Florida West Division. "The community will also provide residents with recreational amenities to complement the Florida lifestyle."

Bonita Lakes will offer 11 single- and two-story home designs ranging from 2,058 to 4,354 square feet of air-conditioned living space, with 10 of the designs featuring a first-floor master suite. Each design will have four elevation options, a choice of a two- or three-car garage and an extensive list of luxury features included with each home. Numerous options will be available to homeowners to personalize their home.

Current plans call for the construction of two designer-decorated models and an on-site sales center in the community.

Bonita Lakes will have an attended gated entry. Amenities will include a community clubhouse with a resort-style pool and spa, and tennis courts.

"The location of Bonita Lakes — halfway between Naples and Fort Myers — provides convenient access to the Gulf beaches, fine dining and shops," Thirtyacre said. "The area is rich in cultural and entertainment opportunities."

It is an easy drive to Coconut Point Mall, shopping at Miromar Outlet and the Gulf Coast Town Center, and entertainment at Germain Arena as well as the transportation network of Interstate 75.

To reach Bonita Lakes from Interstate 75 coming from the south, take Exit 116, Bonita Beach Road west 0.7 miles to Imperial Parkway. Turn right. Continue 3.7 miles. The entrance to Bonita Lakes is on the left.

Coming from the north on I-75, take Exit 123, Corkscrew Road west 0.4 miles to Three Oaks Parkway. Turn left and continue 4.2 miles. The entrance is on the right.

Bonita Lakes will be one of four Toll Brothers communities in the area. Other Toll Brothers communities in Southwest Florida include Belle Lago, a single-family community nearing sell-out on Estero Parkway in Estero; the Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes also on Estero Parkway; and Firano at Naples, a community of single-family homes off Davis Boulevard in Naples.

To reach Belle Lago or the Reserve at Estero from I-75, take Exit 123, Corkscrew Road west to Three Oaks Parkway. Turn right and proceed north to Estero Parkway. Make a left, heading west. The Reserve at Estero will be on the right. Belle Lago is ¼-mile farther west.

To reach Firano at Naples from I-75, take Exit 101, Collier Boulevard south ½-mile to Davis Boulevard. Turn right and proceed 2.3 miles to the Firano at Naples entrance on the left.
