A Golden Gate teen has been arrested for the third time this month on charges related to an ex-girlfriend, according to a Collier County sheriff's report.
Phi Tang, 18, of the 4800 block of 32nd Avenue Southwest, faces a charge of loitering in a school safety zone after he was seen Monday standing outside the high school of a former girlfriend, an arrest report said. Tang was about 25 feet from Golden Gate High School, where he has been "suspended/expelled," the arrest report said. An assistant principal noticed him and told deputies.
Tang faces charges of stalking, kidnapping, burglary and lewd and lascivious battery from two arrests earlier this month.
The first arrest came on Jan. 12, when deputies said Tang hid in his ex-girlfriend's closet, then grabbed and pushed her when she came into her room.
The second arrest was made Jan. 20, when deputies said Tang had a sexual relationship with an underage teen. When interviewed by investigators after the first arrest, Tang admitted to a sexual relationship in 2010 with his ex-girlfriend, who was 14 at the time, an arrest report said.
Tang is free on a combined $58,500 bond from the three arrests.
