Bait is available up and down the beaches, and giant snook and redfish are just jumping on the hook. Oh well, it is April 1 as I write this, and I can take out some frustrations.

This has been a great time for the young kids who are running the waves on their kiteboards. High winds are great for that and little else. Inshore waters really have been churned up, and offshore trips almost are nonexistent.
