Isles of Capri firefighter Scott Jacobs helps Capri firefighter Chris Bowden slip on his decontamination training gloves. The protective gloves, clothing and mask were part of the Isles of Capri and Collier County EMS special operations training as they become the third department in the county to have a Special Operations Response Team (SORT) truck which will allow the department to respond to hazardous material and weapons of mass destruction incidents throughout the state of Florida.
