  • Out for most of the season with an injury, Estero senior Taylor Rink returned to the courts on Thursday in the Class 2A-District 11 tournament at FGCU. Rink and sophomore Stacey Mielke won a first round No. 1 doubles match. Rink also won a No. 1 first round singles match, but lost in the semifinals.

Bishop Verot captured the boys and girls titles at the Class 2A-District 11 tennis tournament that was held April 16-17 at FGCU.
