'It's a terrible way to meet your neighbors,' said Garber who waited in the lobby with two others who live near her. A voluntary evacuation was ordered and school buses from Corkscrew Middle School and Estates Elementary School were directed back to Corkscrew Middle where parents had to pick up their children.
