Alec Person shows off a nice mahi mahi, also called a dolphin, he caught while on vacation with family in the Florida Keys. These beautiful fish change colors, sometimes frequently, while hunting and when hooked. Mahi is a favorite for offshore anglers and is great on the dinner table.
