RSS is a quick and easy way for you to browse the headlines of your favorite sites. It is a format for syndicating news and content from web site. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication or RDF site summary. Put simply, RSS basically allows you to view a feed of stories or posts that are on a web site.
Please email us at webninjas@naplesnews.com if you have any questions.
In order to properly display RSS, you will need to have an RSS reader. The reader will format the feed so it is displays legibly. The reader will also allow you to display more than one feed on a page. Some readers can be downloaded to your desktop and some can be hosted on the Web.
If you have a my.yahoo.com web page (available for those with a yahoo.com email account), you can quickly add headlines to that page by clicking the
button.
