Biography
Brittany Shammas comes to Naples fresh from a Pulliam Fellowship with the Indianapolis Star, writing enterprise and business stories for the paper. She’s been a reporting intern with the Grand Rapids Press and the Gazette in Colorado Springs as well. A Michigan State grad, she was the managing editor of the State News, the university's paper, where she managed a staff of 60 and, during her tenure, the paper earned a second place in their region as Best All-Around Daily Student Newspaper by the Society of Professional Journalists for 2010.-
