How do I reset my password?
The Naples Daily News uses two different systems that require a username and a password. Please make sure you are requesting a password reset from the correct system.
The first system is for maintaining your subscription options. If you have not done so, you can request a new password for this system on the Subscriber Services Password Reset page. If you have already tried this and are still unsuccessful, please contact circulation by filling out the form to the lower right or call them directly at 239-263-4839.
The other login system is used for placing comments and/or submitting photos and stories to naplesnews.com. You can reset your password for this account by going to the naplesnews.com Password Reset page.
What are the hours of operation?
The Circulation department's hours of operation are as follows:
− Monday through Friday: 6:30am to 5:00pm
− Saturday: 6:30am to 2:30pm
− Sunday: 7:00am to noon
How do I start delivery?
The Naples Daily News publishes seven days a week and is distributed throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and other parts of Lee County.

How do I place a vacation hold on my delivery?
Login to Subscriber Services to setup your vacation hold. Once signed in, click on the Vacation Holds button on the left side of the page. Don't have an account with Subscriber Services? Please visit our account creation page. Please note a Subscriber Services account is not the same as a naplesnews.com account.
Please call the circulation department between the hours of 9AM & 5PM EST at 239-263-4839 to schedule an open-ended vacation hold.
How do I cancel delivery permanently?
To stop delivery, Call 239-263-4839 or 1-800-404-7343.
How do I report a delivery issues?
To report a delivery problem call 239-263-4839 or 1-800-404-7343. You may also report a delivery issue online. Login with your username and password, then select Delivery Issues in the left-side menu.
Where can I find the most current rates?

How do I make a payment?
Payments may be made by phone: call 239-263-4839 or 1-800-404-7343. Or by visiting our subscriptions page. Login with your username and password, then select Make a Payment in the left-side menu.

The eDaily is not our website. It's an electronic replica of our print edition with advanced search capabilities, text enlargement, 30 day archive and more. To subscribe to the eDaily news please call 239-263-4839 or 1-800-404-7343. You also have the option of visiting our subscriptions page.
