The city of Naples is over 125 years old. The weather and beaches is what has brought people here. Retirement, Naples is a great place to be and always will.

With the economy Naples may get skinny but it will survive. The ones who end up leaving its because they could not make it down here anymore. But when some leaves someone moves in.

You will not see the mass movement done here like has been in the resent past. It was almost like if you build it they will come. Thats funny if you think about but also very true.

As I said when the economy starts picking back up people will come as usual. But until that happens the ones who leave could not find work and had no money to survive.

#14 Buys when it is about mid. Brings money to the table so not to have negataive amortization then hopes can keep it rented out. That way can sit on the property till prices go back up and sell at a profit. Very smat move on there part. I hope they do well.

One other thing they never buy during a bubble does not make for a good move on their part. They wait afer the bubble. Then when everyone is done feeding on each other and feeling sorry for them self they come in.

I have got to be nuts. I set here and read all theses comments. I will be glad when and if the economy picks back up. Those of us who will work will go back and leave this peanut gallery of comments for a better life. Good night to all.

I read a story that the middle east is going to reduce production because world demand is not what it was. That is so they can keep the prices from falling any more than what it is.

I figure when that happens prices will start going back up.

Did you really think it would not have passed. Whether you voted yes or no it after all last time I checked a free country and people are allowed to vote either way. But I do hope that the money will be spent to benifit the students and teachers.
