Collier realty market still 'devastating'

Despite better sales early this year, 2010 is going to see further drops in taxable property values, which would be even worse without Save Our Homes. So says Collier County Property Appraiser Abe Skinner, this week’s guest on "One on One with Jeff Lytle.''
