Mysterious house and church fires are arsons, and Florida cops already have the law they need to mirror Arizona. So says Lee County Sheriff Mike Scott, this week’s guest on "One on One with Jeff Lytle.'' And that legal reason can be made up, ON THE SPOT, by that very same law enforcement officer.

soooo...... Did he just say that you should always first assume foul play in any situation? Thank You Mike Scott for just re-affirming GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT. I don't doubt that these buildings were purposely lit on fire, but that baby drowning comment was A LITTLE MUCH. wow.
