On the heels of the residential market collapse, commercial real estate looms as the next big loss leader. So says Lee County Property Appraiser Ken Wilkinson, this week’s guest on "One on One with Jeff Lytle.'' He notes that Lee leads the nation in bad news -- value declines, foreclosures, mortgage fraud, short sales and even marijuana growhouses. This is an edited transcript of the first half; video highlights as well as partial video/texts of past interviews are available at naplesnews.com/oneonone. The entire 30-minute program airs Sunday at noon on Comcast CN14. Lytle is editorial page/Perspective editor of the Daily News.
