A 17-year-old Naples man, Riccardo Blas Rivas II, was arrested today and charged with vehicular homicide in connection with a North Naples crash that left a mother of two dead. Lt. Harold Minch answers questions at a Collier County Sheriff's Office press conference.

Finally justice is done ,it is about time this brat should be arrested long time ago ...it not matter if his father is a Dr. or work for the police ,is nothing to do with a crime by a irresponsible brat I hope he learn the lesson.I am very happy justice has done!
